2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Free Shipping: Standard shipping is FREE on all orders over $39.60.

  • Standard Shipping: For orders under $39.60, a flat shipping fee of $4.99 will be applied at checkout.

Estimated Shipping Times by Region:

  • United States & Canada: 6 – 11 business days

  • United Kingdom & Australia: 6 – 12 business days

  • Other Regions: 6 – 15 business days

Note: Please note that these delivery timeframes are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary due to external factors such as customs processing, weather conditions, local postal delays, or holiday peak seasons. Packages may arrive earlier or later than anticipated.

3. Order Tracking

  • Once your package has shipped, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking link and shipment details.

  • Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking status to update in the carrier's system.

4. Wrong Address & Delivery Issues

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for un-deliverable packages due to incorrect address information provided at checkout.

  • If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors or local postal offices first, then contact our support team.
